Savory FibreX Loaf

Serves 18 slices per loaf

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients.
  3. Add the eggs and water. Mix well.
  4. Pour into a well-greased 11cm x 21cm loaf tin.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until top has set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Tasty Tip:

This is great toasted and spread with a little butter.
Slice up the entire loaf and store it in a zip-lock bag in the freezer.
