Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok. Add chicken and brown over high heat until all sides are sealed. Set aside.
  2. Place cauliflower, celery and zucchini in the pan and stir fry over high heat until cooked but still quite crisp.
  3. Add chicken, bok choy and bean shoots, stirring until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add sweet & sour sauce, stir through and serve.
