Baked Italian-Style Fish

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Arrange fish in a single layer on an oiled, shallow baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute onion until translucent.
  4. Add tomato sauce, celery, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon sauce over fillets, cover and bake 25 minutes.
