Unlike most soups that have around 18 - 20g of carbs per serve, Empower's low carb soup mixes have just 3 grams!

Not only did we reduce the carbs, but we eliminated all of the potentially harmful flavour enhancers like MSG (621), Disodium Inosinate (631), and Sodium5'-ribonucleotide (635) so common in instant soups. We did this by adding high quality ingredients to provide a rich and creamy flavour. That's why our soups taste like a traditional home cooked soup rather than a "packet soup".

Of course, these soups are also high in fibre (around 4 grams per serve) to help boost your fibre consumption whilst on a low carb diet.

Testing of the soups by Australia's top allergen and food safety laboratory confirms the gluten free nature of these products.
